We’re thrilled to announce that the Concrete School Board has approved Mrs. Henderson as the next Principal of Concrete Elementary School, beginning in the 2025–2026 school year!

Mrs. Henderson has been a dedicated member of our school community—as a Kindergarten and Title I teacher, PTO President, and currently as our TK–12 Assistant Principal. She brings a wealth of experience in early learning, student support, and school-wide systems, along with an upbeat, approachable style that makes her a trusted leader to students, families, and staff.

Mrs. Henderson will step into the role following the retirement of longtime principal Jaci Gallagher. For 36 years, Mrs. Gallagher has served our district with heart, strength, and deep commitment. We are grateful for Mrs. Gallagher’s incredible impact and look forward to honoring her legacy in the months ahead.

Students at Concrete Elementary and Concrete High School will participate in Washington State’s annual assessments this April and May. These tests help us measure student progress, strengthen instruction, and meet state and federal requirements.
