Section 504 Compliance

The Concrete School District makes every effort to comply with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 which protects the rights of individuals with disabilities. A child is a qualified disabled person if he or she is between the age of 3 to 21 and has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities such as caring for oneself, performing manual tasks, walking, seeing, hearing, speaking, breathing, learning and/or working.
