In accordance with RCW 70.54.490 and HB 1230, the following resources are available to help schools, students, and families stay informed on key safety topics, including substance use prevention and the safe storage of medications, firearms, and ammunition.

Social and Emotional Health Resources at Concrete School District

Student Assistance Program
Our Student Assistance Program offers a range of services including substance abuse education, prevention, intervention, and recovery support. Our Student Assistance Professionals, Tabitha Walter (elementary) at twalter@concrete.k12.wa.us and Steve Londino (high school) at slondino@concrete.k12.wa.us, provide guidance and support to students impacted by substance use, emotional stressors, and mental health challenges.

Concrete Resource Coalition
Our community-based coalition, the Concrete Resource Coalition, is dedicated to educating youth about alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs to support healthy decision-making. As one of many local organizations committed to strengthening our community, the coalition promotes well-being and connectedness among families in Concrete.
