The Concrete School District is pleased to announce the following individuals who will be inducted into the Concrete School District “Educator Hall of Fame” during a luncheon in their honor which will be held in the high school commons on September 3, 2019.
Durward Sobek: Concrete Music Educator for over 20 years. He was responsible for putting Concrete music on the map including performing in the World’s Fair.
Eleanor Ovenell: 27 years of service to Concrete students, and she continues to serve her community. She was a dedicated teacher who brought real world applications to her classroom and created an environment where students were challenged and valued.
