Early Learning (ECEAP) at Concrete Elementary
Concrete School District is excited to announce that we will be offering the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) for both 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds during the 2026–2027 school year.
ECEAP is a free, high-quality early learning program for eligible families. It helps children develop the academic, social, emotional, language, and developmental skills needed for a successful transition to kindergarten while also providing resources and support for families.

We look forward to welcoming our newest learners and partnering with families as they begin their educational journey.
