The Human Resources Department at Concrete School District is committed to supporting our staff and strengthening our school community. Our employees—including teachers, paraeducators, office and support staff, bus drivers, maintenance and facilities staff, custodians, food service staff, administrators, and substitutes—play a vital role in creating safe, welcoming, and effective learning environments for our students.
Human Resources services in Concrete School District are provided through a combination of onsite district leadership and contracted professional support. Our onsite HR team includes Melissa Rigdon, HR Technician, who provides day-to-day support for employees, applicants, and substitutes, and Carrie Crickmore, HR Director and Superintendent, who oversees human resources operations, compliance, and districtwide staffing practices.
To ensure accurate and compliant payroll and benefits administration, Concrete School District contracts with the Northwest Educational Service District (NWESD). NWESD provides specialized expertise in payroll processing, benefits administration, and required reporting, allowing the district to maintain high standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance.
