This morning two students attending Concrete High School were in a verbal conversation which involved verbal threats to harm other students in a classroom. The incident was reported immediately and the administrative team took the appropriate disciplinary action, including a report to law enforcement.

The Skagit County Sheriff’s Office took additional measures as a result of the report. At no time were students in danger as the threat was verbal. The Concrete School District takes all threats seriously, responding quickly and appropriately to the situation. We thank our staff for their prompt response and their focus on maintaining a safe learning environment for all who attend our schools.
